Welcome to our site! We’re Sean and Julie Chickery, a couple of perpetual travelers who are currently exploring the country in our RV. After serving 20 years in the US Air Force, we knew we wanted to experience even more of this beautiful nation.
Sean is a medical research study manager and Doctor of Health Science working full time from our home on the road. He pays the bills and drives the RV. He’s also the calm, logical one of the couple, and keeps Julie from stressing out too much.
Julie is the trip planner and the blog’s main author. She’s also the adventurous one. You can find her riding roller coasters with her sons, jumping off cliffs in Hawaii, or parasailing in Florida. Just don’t let her hang on to the camera in the water!
We travel the U.S. in our RV, a 30′ Arctic Fox Fifth Wheel (pulled by a Chevy 3500 HD Dually). We enjoy slow travel, which allows us to take the time to enjoy more of our stops along the way.
Public Speaking
Sean & Julie conduct seminars related to RV travel and budgeting at RV shows across the country. Their goal is to help others prepare for the RV lifestyle and share tips they’ve learned along the way.

Freelance Writing
Julie is a freelance writer for numerous online publications.
