It is a very simple and nutritious, and even better you can cook them in a small RV oven. Nothing is better than the smell of baking apples in the camper!

What is the best type of apple to use?
McIntosh?
Sure, McIntosh are a great choice or or if you’re looking for extra contrast to the sweetness, grab a Granny Smith.
