One of my favorite things about fall is picking apples! Second best is apple pie, but I don’t love the calories. This recipe allows me to enjoy the best of both worlds and it is easy to cook in my tiny kitchen.

It is a very simple and nutritious, and even better you can cook them in a small RV oven. Nothing is better than the smell of baking apples in the camper!

This week only get the Healthy Meal Planning Bundle for only $37! It includes 1400 recipes and nearly 2 whole years of planned meals. Click here for more info!

If I’m really lazy, I just chopped up some apples and sprinkle a little cinnamon/brown sugar on it and pop it in the oven. They are so good!

There’s no wrong way — they taste great no matter what! Sometimes I just chopped up an apple, sprinkle a little cinnamon/brown sugar on it, and pop it in the oven.

Yum, I love baked apples. It looks as if the topping is a bit like a streusel. That sounds divine.

Sure, McIntosh are a great choice or or if you’re looking for extra contrast to the sweetness, grab a Granny Smith.
